What to Expect When You Book with Grizzly Tree Experts.

Scope of Services

We provide expert tree removal, stump grinding, and/or limb/branch cutting. Pricing depends on tree type,
size, branch density, and site access.

  • Estimate Arrival Window: 1.5 hours
  • Work Arrival Window: Up to 3 hours

Stump Grinding

  • Mulch/chips are left on-site — we do not haul, sell, or deliver mulch.
  • We grind roots when possible and level the area, but we don’t fill holes or provide full land grading.
  • If a stump is inaccessible, it won’t be ground — contact us to update your estimate if this occurs

Debris Removal

  • We only remove debris as part of an active tree or stump job.
  • We don’t haul piles of sticks or yard waste unless part of that job.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due when the job is complete — this includes tree or stump work, even if repairs are pending.
  • No payment plans

Accepted Payments

  • Tap-to-Pay (No Fees): Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card tap/swipe.
  • Online: Via secure invoice incur a 2.99% – 3.5% fee (fees apply unless paying by ACH).
  • Phone: Card payments incur a 2.99% – 3.5% fee
  • Checks:
    • Must be dated within 14 days of job completion.
    • Receipt issued after the check clears.
    • If a check bounces, it’s the customer’s responsibility to contact us and arrange payment.

Invoicing & Insurance Claims

Invoices are sent via text, email, or paper.
If using homeowners insurance:

  • You’re responsible for before/after photos and submitting your claim.
  • We’ll provide what we can (e.g., W9, insurance cert)

Coupons & Discounts

We offer quarterly paper coupons — no photos accepted.

  • Must be mentioned when scheduling and shown in person at the start of the estimate.
  • Cannot be applied after an estimate (digital or written) has been provided.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancel anytime before work starts at no charge.
  • We may reschedule for weather/safety reasons — next-day work is not guaranteed.

Insurance & Limited Liability

We’re fully insured and can provide proof upon request.

  • We’ll repair accidental damage, but payment for the original job is still required.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Undisclosed utilities or infrastructure
    • Pre-existing issues (e.g., decayed trees, buried lines)
    • Disruption to internet, power, or water for you or neighbors

What You’re Responsible For

To ensure a safe and smooth job, you agree to:

  • Provide clear, safe site access
  • Inform neighbors of potential noise/disruption
  • Remove breakable/valuable items from the area
  • Tell us about underground systems (e.g., sprinklers, septic, internet lines)

We are not responsible for damage to anything not disclosed.

Weather & Other Unexpected Delays

Delays may happen due to:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Equipment breakdowns or material shortages
  • Local restrictions or unforeseen issues

If so, we’ll reschedule ASAP, but same- or next-day work is not guaranteed.

Liability Waiver

By booking, you agree to hold Grizzly Tree Experts LLC harmless for:

  • Unsafe job site access
  • Hidden or undisclosed hazards
  • Third-party issues (e.g., neighbors, HOAs)
